Our capsules are designed for fresh, clean laundry and work with cold and warm wash programmes. Orders placed before 15:00 on working days are often delivered the next working day.

How do I place an order with FashFresh?

Select the laundry capsules you want, choose the quantity and add them to your cart. Then enter your delivery and payment details during checkout.

Which payment methods does FashFresh accept?

What are the FashFresh delivery times?

Netherlands: orders placed before 15:00 on working days are typically delivered within 1–2 working days.

Europe: orders are typically delivered within 2–5 working days.

International destinations: the indicative delivery time is 5–15 working days.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free for consumer orders within the Netherlands. For bulk orders and destinations outside the Netherlands, please contact our customer service team.

Can I return my order?

Consumers have a statutory 14-day withdrawal period. FashFresh also voluntarily allows a return to be notified within 30 days after receipt.
