Orders are usually processed and dispatched within one working day. Shipments are sent with track-and-trace, normally through DHL.

We take care to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Stock availability, the destination, the carrier and exceptional circumstances can affect the delivery time. Where a product page states a specific estimate, that estimate applies to the relevant product. If we expect a material delay, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible.
