FashFresh respects your privacy. This policy explains which personal data we process when you visit FashFresh.nl, place an order, contact us or submit a business enquiry.

2. Data we process
We may process contact and account details, order, payment, delivery and return data, messages, reviews and B2B enquiries, as well as technical data such as IP address, device, visited pages and cookie preferences. We do not request more data than reasonably necessary.

3. Purposes and legal bases
We process data to perform the contract, meet legal obligations, secure the shop and prevent misuse based on legitimate interests, or with consent for non-essential cookies, certain analytics, personalisation and marketing.

4. Shopify and other recipients
The shop runs on Shopify. We may share necessary data with payment, delivery, customer-service, security, review, geolocation, recommendation, B2B-access and product-feed providers. Where active, these may include Shopify, Judge.me Reviews, Selleasy, Orbe Geolocation, Sami B2B Lock, Sticky Add To Cart, Shopify Inbox, Multifeeds and channels such as Google and Meta. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Cookies
Essential functions support security, the cart, language choice and checkout. Non-essential technologies subject to consent are only used after you agree. You can change your choice at any time through the Cookie preferences link in the footer.

6. International transfers
Shopify and other providers may process data outside the Netherlands or the European Economic Area. Transfers then rely on an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses or another legally permitted safeguard.

7. Retention
We keep data only as long as necessary. Financial and order records are generally kept for seven years where required by law. Customer-service and B2B correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle the matter, agreement or possible claim.

8. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risks. No online service can guarantee complete security.

9. Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may withdraw consent. Contact info@fashfresh.nl. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

10. Children and changes
The shop is not directed at children. We may update this policy when the shop, apps or law change. The latest version appears on this page.
